Rental Fees

Ask about our discount pricing for weddings and receptions in the months December through March.

Friday Wedding Package - $2200 Rental Fee. This rate includes all the tables and chairs that you would need for your event, all floor length round and rectangular linens (please check to see if we have your color), table/chair set-up and tear down, and clean-up. Trash removal is renters responsibility. Colored toppers can be rented from us for an additional charge.

Saturday Wedding Package - $2900 Rental Fee. This rate includes all the tables and chairs that you would need for your event, all floor length round and rectangular linens (please check to see if we have your color), table/chair setup and tear down, and cleanup Trash removal is renters responsibility. Colored toppers can be rented from us for an additional charge.

Sunday Wedding Package - $2200 Rental Fee. This rate includes all the tables and chairs that you would need for your event, all floor length round and rectangular linens (please check to see if we have your color), table/chair setup and tear down, and cleanup Trash removal is renters responsibility. Colored toppers can be rented from us for an additional charge.

Sunday - Thursday - $100 per hour (4 hour minimum or $1100 for all day). This rate is for non-wedding events. Rental includes the kitchen, twenty five (25) 60" round tables, 200 chairs and six (6) rectangular tables. Additional tables and chairs can be rented from Heritage Hall. Linens are available for an extra rental charge of $10 a piece.

Wedding package for Monday - Thursday is $1800

Payment Schedule: Half of rental fee is due at time of signing. The second half of rental fee is due 6 months before event. If there are 6 months or less before your event, then a different payment schedule can be arranged.

(Certain events may be eligible for special discounted rental fees such as recurring weekly or monthly rentals.)

Holiday events do not fall under normal rental fees. Call for pricing. Thanks
